It would be nice to customize the payment rates at the Provider level rather than assigning a payment rate to all Providers. For example, I would like to make one Providers default payment rate 50% and another Providers default payment rate 30$ per hour. Rather than having to always select/change payment rates within each appointment

It would be nice to be able to click on a quote button when we get the lead within the same screen. Right now I have to get all lead info and then transfer it to the quote form to provide a quote to customer. Make it one step instead of multiple….
