Currently, this is not possible. It would be nice for providers to leave a comment on a booking with it’s own timestamp and date. It should also send an email and text notification with the details of what was updated.

I would be willing to pay extra to have 100% private labeling so that the app has our brand on it too. to have no reference to bk whatsoever so that it is 100% white labeling.

Taxify's regional tax rate calculation / integration does not work and a replacement may be needed. Stripe Tax would probably be a strong alternative. This at the very least affects service businesses in areas where sales tax is calculated based on address and not purely on zip code. Thank you for considering.
