It would be nice to be able to click on a quote button when we get the lead within the same screen. Right now I have to get all lead info and then transfer it to the quote form to provide a quote to customer. Make it one step instead of multiple….

Generate Quote from lead form

A map that contains the locations of all providers. Helps for admins to assign certain providers or understand who to call based on proximity to a job.

I would like to be able to send a job offer to my service provider or contractor over the booking koala platform. They should get a notification on their phone saying a job offer has come in, and they can choose to accept or decline it. This, instead of me having to reach out and ask my service providers if they want to take a job each time, would help a lot. It would streamline and automate the way contractors accept jobs and also help you stay legally compliant when working with independent service providers.  Kind of how Doordash or Uber presents jobs to their drivers or dashers.

Allow option to let Contractors accept or decline jobs via the app

Only custom invoices can be marked as paid. Would be good if invoices made from bookings can also be marked as paid manually.
